François, a dual citizen of Canada and France, is a distinguished French senior business lawyer with over five decades of international legal experience.

He holds an LLM in Comparative Public and Private International Law from the Institut des Hautes Études Internationales at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from Université de Montréal.
