Antonella Centra is a board director and senior executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience across luxury, consumer goods, technology, and telecommunications. She is widely recognized for combining strategic vision with operational execution, particularly in governance, corporate affairs, sustainability, and reputation management.

Until 2025, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability at Gucci (Kering Group) and was a member of the Executive Management Committee, playing a central role in shaping governance, ESG integration, and supply chain innovation during the company’s decade of strongest growth.

Antonella currently serves on several boards and advisory bodies, bringing deep expertise in transformation, stakeholder strategy, and sustainable value creation across global organizations.
