Angela, who is an Italian citizen, is the Managing Director of ETA-Florence, with an academic background in Economics and Political Science and over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

She has extensive expertise in the organisation and management of high-level international conferences and EU-funded projects. Since 2000, she has coordinated the annual European Biomass Conference and Exhibition (EUBCE) and serves on the executive committees of major international conferences. She has coordinated numerous European and international renewable energy projects and has acted as an expert for the European Commission (DG ENER), IEA Bioenergy, and several international platforms.

She is the author and co-author of several scientific papers published in national and international conference proceedings, has contributed to specialised books, and has prepared final project reports for the European Commission. She also serves as the Managing Editor of various brochures, publications, and scientific proceedings.

Her work focuses on the energy transition, market development, social impacts, and policy support.
